For SOUL+ entitlement issues, renewal status, purchase validation, or premium feature access, include the platform used for purchase and a short description of the issue.
If premium access is missing after reinstalling or changing devices, use the restore purchase option in the app. If the issue continues, contact support with your account email and App Store purchase status.
For BLE pairing or device bonding issues, include your phone model, operating system version, K-BIT app version, device firmware version if available, and the connection state shown in the app.
Payments made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Refund requests should be submitted through Apple’s purchase support flow. K-BIT support can help investigate entitlement state but cannot directly process App Store refunds.

K-BIT is a real-dog digital twin companion system. It combines a mobile app, backend services, AI conversation, care routines, memory features, nearby radar, inventory/pack systems, and optional BLE hardware.
No. K-BIT is not positioned as a children’s game or a cute virtual pet toy. It is a companion system built around real dog ownership, memory, care, and hardware bonding.
Bluetooth is used to discover, pair, connect, and communicate with K-BIT BLE hardware. Without Bluetooth permission, hardware bonding and device status features may not work.
Location may be used for nearby radar, territory marks, encounter signals, and location-based memory features. You can manage or revoke location access in device settings.
Use the restore purchase option inside the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If access is still missing, contact support.
Use the account deletion option inside the app when available, or email support with “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. We may verify ownership before processing.
