Acceptance of terms
Effective date: June 8, 2026.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mosen Future Tech Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of K-BIT, including the mobile application, website, backend services, AI features, subscription features, support channels, and connected hardware experiences (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Use of app and services
K-BIT provides a real-dog digital twin companion experience, including dog profiles, care routines, memory features, AI conversation, pack/inventory systems, nearby radar, hardware bonding, diagnostics, and related product features.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, compromise, or disrupt the Services or connected hardware.
- Submit false, harmful, abusive, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Use the Services to track, harass, profile, or harm other people or animals.
- Bypass subscription, entitlement, account, or security controls.
AI features
K-BIT may include AI-powered conversation, memory, care, and companion features. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them.
K-BIT is not veterinary, medical, emergency, behavioral, legal, or professional advice. If your dog has a health issue, behavioral emergency, safety risk, or urgent condition, contact a qualified veterinarian or appropriate professional.
Subscriptions and SOUL+
Some features may require a paid subscription or premium entitlement, including SOUL+ or other premium memory, AI, companion, hardware, or content layers.
- Subscription pricing, renewal terms, free trials, cancellation rules, and billing details are shown at the point of purchase.
- Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and refund processes.
- You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
- Premium features may change over time as the product evolves, provided that we do not materially reduce paid access in a way prohibited by applicable law.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or misuse. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe necessary to protect users, dogs, hardware, the Services, or the Company.
Hardware and software disclaimers
K-BIT may work with BLE hardware and device firmware. Hardware availability, battery state, Bluetooth conditions, mobile operating system behavior, firmware version, environmental conditions, and network state can affect performance.
The Services and hardware features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact location accuracy, perfect AI output, or constant hardware connectivity.
Do not use K-BIT as the sole method for pet safety, location tracking, emergency response, veterinary care, or critical decision-making.
User content
You may create, upload, or submit content such as dog profiles, photos, memories, notes, names, AI prompts, support messages, and related materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license below.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use User Content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and related features.
Intellectual property
K-BIT, including the brand, product names, interface, software, graphics, design system, hardware concepts, AI companion logic, icons, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part of them.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, payment providers, AI infrastructure, analytics providers, cloud services, maps, app stores, or device operating systems. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the Services, interfere with service integrity, or where required by law.
After termination, certain provisions will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute-related provisions, and any obligations that by their nature should survive.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
